Hunting in Alaska

ALASKA: Big Game Hunting
The one of a kind adventure!
The amazing sceneries of the natural wilderness will fill your hunt of memorable and unforgettable moments. The land of enormous Bull Moose, herds of Caribou, huge Elk, feared Brown Bear, agile Dall Sheep, and much more. A full touch with the wild and the extreme, Alaska is waiting for you to discover its best untouched areas!

General:
All hunters sixteen years of age or older must have in their possession a valid Alaska sport hunting license while hunting for any game.
Alaska resident hunters 60 years of age and older are not required to have a sport hunting license, but must have a permanent identification card that is distributed free from the Alaska Department of Fish & Game Licensing Section in Juneau (forms are available at local offices).
It is recommended to have a hunting regulation handout (free) of the area you intend to hunt in order to be aware of proper regulations, size limits and other limitations.
